My name is Lisa and Quality Time Counselling Service is my private practice.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor which means I have trained within various areas so I can draw on different skills and knowledge to be able to help and support individuals in different areas of their life.
The different counselling models I can use are:
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Solution Focused Therapy
Each person is completely unique and I will tailor my counselling skills to suit each individual's needs and what they would like to gain from counselling. I can integrate the different counselling models to make sure each individual person is supported in the way that they would like. Most importantly I am here to listen and understand and help each individual person to make sense of their own thoughts and feelings.
My qualifications and experience allows me to work with Children (age 8 and over) Young People and Adults.
I will provide a safe secure space for you whether you are at a crossroads in your life, would like to explore your past or would like to understand yourself and your life better, I can be with you each step of the way

Online sessions take place via Zoom. This is a secure platform. A unique link will be emailed to you for you to access at your scheduled appointment time. You will be directed to the online waiting room I will then invite you to join the online Quality Time counselling room and your session will begin
Outdoor/ Walk & Talk Therapy
Face to Face sessions can take place safely outdoors, whether its sitting in a park or walking in a local area.
An initial online meet and greet session will take place where we will decide a suitable location and time for your appointment.
