Quality Time Support Groups

Quality Time Counselling Service will be bringing Support Group Sessions to Botany Bay Nursery & Garden Centre, Edgioke Lane, Astwood Bank, B96 6BG. Places will be limited to 12 members per group. We will be starting on 22nd September with the following groups.....

 

9:30am-11am Anxiety Support Group - This group will be suitable for any adults who experience anxiety themselves or are supporting loved ones who experience anxiety. We can all share our own experiences and help to support each other

11:30am-1pm Bereavement & Loss Support Group - This group will be suitable for any adults who are experiencing a loss of someone or something. We all grieve differently for different reasons such as a loss of a loved one, loss of employment, loss of status, loss of a relationship, loss of a role. We can all share the loss we are experiencing and share what can help to come to terms with that loss and start taking those first steps forward.

 

These groups are support groups and not counselling. Counselling sessions can be booked separately.

 

All places are £10 per person and must be booked and paid for in advance.
